Premier 3

Premier Baseball Futures 17U Evans defeated RTG Baseball-Fisher 17U, 8-2, in Game 1 from Premier 3. TCU commit Adam Kloffenstein of PBF went 1-4 with a double. On the mound, Kloffenstein threw three one-hit innings striking out five. He walked one batter and picked up the save. Kloffenstein hit 90 MPH on the radar gun as well (see below) and was named player of the game. PBF's Reece Choate went 2-4 with a double. For RTG, Sawyer Marcum went 2-3 with a home run and two RBIs.

 

 

RTG Baseball-Fisher 17U beat Hunter Pence Allen, 10-4, in Game 2 from Premier 3. Player of the game was RTG's Ryan Labby who went 2-3 with a double and one home run. He had two RBIs and three runs scored. Sawyer Marcum had a solid game, too, going 2-4 with one double and three runs batted in.

In Game 3 from Premier 3, Texas Twelve Black knocked off Texas Colt 45's, 6-5. For Twelve Black, Justin Perez went 2-3 with a double, one run scored and one stolen base. Perez was named player of the game. Also to note, his teammate Gavin Labruyere went 1-3 with a double and two runs batted in. For Texas Colt 45's, Daniel Carmona went 3-3 with three singles.

Marucci Elite Texas 17U defeated Texas Colt 45's, 5-1, in Game 4 from Premier 3. Player of the game was Marucci's Billy Ross who threw four shutout innings striking out three on his way to the W. His teammates Chase Carlson and Antonio Cruz combined for four hits. Carlson went 1-3 with a home run, three RBIs and one run scored. Cruz went 3-3 with one triple and one run scored. Both were named hitters of the game.

In Game 5 from Premier 3, Houston Warriors 17U Silver defeated Marucci Elite Texas 17U, 6-0. Warriros' Gavin Rhoads went 2-3 with one triple and two runs batted in. Ty Williams went 2-3 with two triples, two runs batted in and one run scored. Williams was named hitter of the game. On the mound, Chris Parsons threw four two-hit innings striking out four and collecting the win. Trent Simmons threw three one-hit innings striking out three. Parsons and Simmons were named pitchers of the game.

Premier 4

In Game 1 from Premier 4, PrimeTime National defeated Houston Athletics 17U Santiago, 5-2. Sebastian Coria went 2-2 with one double, one triple, and two walks. He was solid in the field making a diving stop which you can watch below. Coria was named player of the game. On the mound, Jacob Taggart threw six innings and struck out four. He was named pitcher of the game.

 

 

In Game 2 from Premier 4, Premier Baseball Futures 17U Mitchell defeated Texas Twelve Black, 4-3. Twelve's Dylan Best went 3-3 with one double, one RBI and two walks. He was named player of the game. For Premier, Devin Aguado went 1-2 with a triple and two runs batted in.

In Game 3 from Premier 4, Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon beat Mizuno Baseball 17U, 10-3. Kyle Wilkerson went 2-3 with two doubles and one run scored. He was named player of the game for his performance. On the mound, Bryce Lewis threw four innings and struck out two without giving up any runs. He was named pitcher of the game.

Prospects National Team 17U and Mizuno Baseball 17U tied 1-1 in Game 4 from Premier 4. Prospects catcher Dominc Tamez caught three runners stealing and picked off another at first base. Check him out in the video embedded below. Tamez was named player of the game. On the mound, USA's Brandon Porter threw three innings and struck out five. He gave up no runs on his way to pitcher of the game.

In Game 5 from Premier 4Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon defeated Hunter Pence Cunningham, 10-2. Player of the game was Spencer McFarland who went 2-2 with one RBI. Pitcher of the game was Kyle Gough who threw three innings striking out just as many (3) and giving up no earned runs.

Premier 5

Game 1 at Premier 5 ended in a 1-1 tie between Banditos 16U Sanchez and Marucci Elite Texas 15U-Biggers. For the Banditos, Justin Travis threw four innings and struck out five while giving up two hits. For Marucci, Clayton Broeder threw four innings striking out three while allowing two hits. Both were named players of the game.

In Game 2 from Premier 5, Dynasty Baseball 16U Blue beat Marucci Elite Texas 15U-Biggers, 8-4. Player of the game was Kenneth Booker who went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored.

In Game 3 from Premier 5, Hunter Pence Danielson defeated Marucci Elite Texas 16U-Thistlethwaite, 6-4. Evan Godwin dealt for three innings striking out 8 and giving up one hit. He was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Reed Smith went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. He was named player of the game.

The Houston Athletics 15U Black defeated Dynasty Baseball 16U Black, 7-2, in Game 4 from Premier 5. Pitcher of the game was Austin Dean who threw four innings and struck out five with one run allowed. Player of the game was Ryan Pavlik who went 1-1 with one double, one RBI, one walk, and one stolen base.

Houston Athletics 15U Black defeated Marucci Elite Texas 15U-Carroll, 7-6, in Game 5 from Premier 5. Brayden Johnson threw 4.2 innings and struck out seven on his way to player of the game.

Premier 6

Reed Chumley hit a grand slam in Premier Baseball Futures 16U Auippa's 5-2 victory over RTG Baseball-Fisher 16U in Game 1 from Premier 6. Chumley was 1-2 with those four RBIs and was named player of the game. Check out his grand slam in the video embedded below. On the mound, Cole Grimes threw 3.2 innings and struck out 5. He allowed one run and was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 2 from Premier 6, Texas Slam defeated Houston Athletics 17U Santiago, 5-4. Player of the game was David Perez who went 1-2 with a two-run home run. Pitcher of the game was Dylan Whitehurst who threw 3.2 innings and struck out three on his way to the victory.

PrimeTime National handed Texas Slam a loss in Game 3 from Premier 6 as they won 10-6. Zach Vorst went 2-3 with one double, two runs batted in, one stolen base, and one run scored. Zach Sanchez went 2-3 with one home run and five runs batted in. Both of PrimeTime's hitters were named players of the game.

In Game 4 from Premier 6, PrimeTime 16U Black knocked around Marucci Elite Texas 16U-Mardirosian, 21-5. Connor Fremin mashed as he went 3-4 with one triple, one double, 5 RBIs, and three runs scored. He also had a stolen base on his way to being named player of the game.

Performance Baseball 17U defeated Hunter Pence Clark, 12-2, in Game 5 from Premier 6. For Performance, Keylon Mack smashed a triple in the game while Callahan Baldree went 2-2 with one double, two RBI, one run scored, and one stolen base. Baldree also threw two hitless innings with one strikeout. Baldree was named player of the game.

Premier 7

Game 1 from Premier 7 ended in a 6-6 tie between Houston Athletics 16U Everett and Hunter Pence Allen. For the A's, Hayde Key went 2-2 and David Amaya went 1-2 with two runs scored and two walks. For Hunter Pence, Zachary Lee went 1-3 with one double and one RBI. Zack Bordelon went 1-2 with one triple and two runs batted in. And on the mound, Benjamin Hegedus threw four innings striking out seven and giving up one hit on his way to player of the game.

In Game 2 from Premier 7, PrimeTime 16U Black narrowly defeated RTG Baseball-Fisher 16U, 4-3. RTG's Matt Flowers went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI and two runs scored and was named player of the game. Also to note, Nathan Calvillo went 3-3. Ethan Aloma went 2-3 as well.

South Pioneers knocked off Prospects National Team 17U, 5-1, in Game 3 from Premier 7. Eric Dluzniewski was brilliant going all seven innings giving up two hits and one run. Dluzniewski had a no hitter through six innings. He struck out 12 batters on his way to player of the game. Hitter of the game was Keagan Vance who went 3-3 with one walk.

In Game 4 from Premier 7, South Pioneers won their second game of the day beating Hunter Pence Cunningham, 6-5. Eric Dluzniewski was again player of the game, this time doing his damage at the plate. He was 2-3 in the game.

Marucci Elite Texas 16U-Mardirosian came from behind late to defeat Performance Baseball 15U, 5-2. Marucci's Jared Silva broke the 2-2 tie in the 6th with a three-run triple (watch in the video below). For Performance, Caden Noah went 2-3 with one triple, one double and two runs batted in. He was named hitter of the game. On the mound for Performance, Kolby Parker threw 5.1 innings and struck out 11. He gave up three hits and one earned run on his way to player of the game.

Premier 8

Marucci Elite Texas 16U-Thistlethwaite defeated Houston Athletics 15U Gold, 6-0, in Game 1 at Premier 8. On the mound, Marucci's Dylan Conde threw a complete game shutout going all seven innings and giving up just two hits. He struck out four batters and was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, his teammate Clay Sowell went 1-2 with a two-out, two-run triple. Sowell was named player of the game.

In Game 2 at Premier 8, Hunter Pence Danielson and Houston Athletics 15U Gold ended in a 6-6 tie. On the mound for the A's, Will Dolan threw 4.1 innings and struck out two with one walk and one earned run. Dolan was named pitcher of the game. At the plate for Hunter Pence, Luke Nagy went 2-3 with two runs batted in. He also swiped two bags on his way to player of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 8, Dynasty Baseball 17U Black defeated Premier Baseball Futures 17U Evans, 10-3. Kyle Stasny went 2-4 with one double and three runs batted in. He also scored one run and stole one base. Stasny was named player of the game.

In Game 4 from Premier 8, Dynasty Baseball 16U Blue beat Hunter Pence Calhoun, 4-1. At the plate, Brody Logan went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and and one stolen base. He was named player of the game. His teammate Townes Cox went 2-3 with one double and one RBI.

Performance Baseball 16U defeated Dynasty Baseball 16U Black, 8-1, in Game 5 from Premier 8. Jacob Philpot went 1-2 with two runs batted in. He drew two walks and was named player of the game.
