UNLV

BPA 18-19s defeated AZ Sandlot Black, 3-2, in Game 1 at UNLV. BPA's Kyle Luckham pitched four scoreless innings striking out six and was named pitcher of the game. Luckham also had a single at the plate. Evan Salcedo drove an RBI triple to the rightfield wall and score one run and was named hitter of the game. Matt Novis and Clay Wasson each had two hits for Sandlot. Bradley Polinsky had two hits including one double.

Mountain West defeated BPA 19-20s, 8-7, in come from behind fashion in Game 2 at UNLV. Zack Peterson had the game winning three RBI double for Mountain West. Andrew Astin and Camden Snarr each had two hits. All three players were named co-hitters of the game. Gage Edwards was up to 86 MPH in three effective innings pitched and was named pitcher of the game. Jack Allen recorded seven strikeouts for BPA. Also to note, Cutter Clawson had multiple hits and one RBI for BPA.

Texas Stix and Team California 18s played to an exciting 5-5 extra innings tie in Game 3 at UNLV. Johnny Pacheco had two hits including one double, one stolen base, and threw out two would be base stealers from behind the plate. Pacheco was named player of the game. Nigel Mayfield pitched five scoreless innings and was named pitcher of the game. Thomas Cain went 2-3 including the game tying RBI double in the 8th inning. Cain was named hitter of the game.

AZ PROspects defeated Trombley Baseball, 3-2, in Game 4 at UNLV. Trevor Pruitt and Josh Richter combined for nine strikeouts in three innings pitched each and were named pitchers of the game. Trent Anderson had two hits including one triple and was named hitter of the game.

Heritage Park 1

Mountain West defeated AZ Sandlot Gray, 12-0, in Game 1 at Heritage Park 1. Austin Tanner pitched three scoreless innings allowing just one hit and struck out five. Gage Edwards went 2-4 with one double, three runs batted in, and one run scored. Tanner was named pitcher of the game and Edwards was named hitter of the game.

Albuquerque BA defeated SoCal Bombers 18s, 5-3, in Game 2 at Heritage Park 1. ABA's Hayden Walker allowed just three hits over three scoreless innings and was named pitcher of the game. Grant Smith went 3-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored in and was named hitter of the game.

Trombly Baseball defeated Texas Stix, 10-4, in Game 3 at Heritage Park 1. Jake Conerty pitched one scoreless inning and recorded one strike out. Conerty worked out of a bases loaded jam and was named pitcher of the game. Andie Massotto went 4-4 and scored two runs and was named hitter of the game. Also to note, Louie Kim went 2-3 with two doubles for Trombly Baseball.

AZ Sandlot Gray defeated Albuquerque BA, 6-4, in Game 4 at Heritage Park 1. Tyler Jackson pitched five innings allowing zero earned runs, three hits, and struck out six hitters. Jackson was named player of the game.

Heritage Park 2

Las Vegas Recruits defeated CO Slammers, 8-3, in Game 1 at Heritage Park 2. Jaret Godman was the player of the game as two-way threat. On the mound Godman pitched three innings allowing just one earned run and struck out seven hitters. At the plate Godman went 1-1 with one double, two walks, one RBI, one run, and one stolen base.

SoCal Bombers 19s defeated AZ PROspects, 7-5, in Game 2 at Heritage Park 2. Diego Ramos (2-2 with one double and three runs batted in) and Jared Medina (2-3 with one double and three runs batted in) were named co-hitters of the game.

NorCal Baseball defeated Team California 19s, 6-2, in Game 3 at Heritage Park 2. Team California's Jacob Sapp pitched four innnigs allowing just one earned run and three hits while striking out six hitters. Sapp was named pitcher of the game. Nick Molina went 2-3 with one RBI and one run scored and was named hitter of the game. Also to note, Xavier Carter hit one triple for NorCal Baseball.

AZ Sandlot Black defeated NorCal Baseball, 12-2, in Game 4 at Heritage Park 2. Drew Calloway was the pitcher of the game allowing just two runs and striking out five in six innings pitched. Colton Cassineli went 3-3 with one double, three runs batted in, and one stolen base and was named hitter of the game.
