DBU

San Antonio Angels and South Texas Sliders played to a 4-4 tie in Game 1 from DBU. Angels’ Dillon Snethkamp went 2-3 with one RBI and one stolen base. Angels’ Mason Corbett went 2-4 with one triple and scored one run. Snethkamp and Corbett were named co-hitters of the game. Also to note, Angels’ Max Papini hit an RBI triple and stole a base. For the Sliders, Zach Holtzhuter went for 2-3 and scored one run. Bo Gonzales pitched five solid innings for the Sliders striking out just as many (5). Watch Gonzales strike out a hitter with a sharp breaking ball in the video below.

Academy Select Sun Devils defeated Columbia Angels, 4-3, in Game 2 from DBU. Sun Devils’ Ross Cadena crushed a massive three-run home run in the bottom of the first inning which you can watch in the video below. Cadena also threw out a would-be base stealer at second base from behind the plate and was named player of the game. Sun Devils’ Christian Rodriguez also performed well going 1-2 with one run, one walk, and one stolen base. On the mound, Sun Devils’ Eric Jones was dominant out of the bullpen going four scoreless innings striking out two. Jones was named pitcher of the game. Some notable performances for the Columbia Angels came from Dylan Rock (2-2 with one stolen base), Cameron Gibbons (2-3 with one run), and Andrew Rash who filled out the scoresheet going 1-1 with one RBI, one run, one stolen base, one walk, and one hit by pitch. Angels’ Travis Hester had a solid outing on the mound striking out six Sun Devils batters over five innings pitched.

Texas Stix 2017 defeated San Antonio Angels, 6-5, in Game 3 from DBU. Payton Strambler was a two-way threat for the Stix. On the mound, he picked up the win going four innings and striking out two. At the plate, Strambler went 2-3 with one double one run scored. Strambler was named player of the game. Stix’s Thomas Santos (3-3 with one double and two runs) and Joseph Huff (2-3 with one double and two runs batted in) were named co-hitters of the game. Out of the bullpen, Matthew Hickey threw two scoreless innings striking out two and Bryce Elder pitched the seventh inning picking up the save. San Antonio Angels’ Mason Corbett went 1-2 with two walks and one run. Corbett also made a phenomenal diving stop in the sixth inning at second base. Maddux Solomon crushed a two-run double in the top of the seventh for the Angels. Also to note, Angels’ shortstop Jack Wisniewski made two extremely athletic diving plays and throws.

Pro Source Athletics Abbott defeated BBA Titans 17U, 17-8, in Game 4 from DBU. The offensive onslaught from the Athletics was led by Cody Masters and Austin Gross. Masters went 3-4 with two triples, three runs batted in, and two runs scored. Gross went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI, two runs. They were named co-hitters of the game. Jacob Nesbit (2-4 with one triple and three runs batted in), Mason Holt (reached base four times with two stolen bases and three runs scored), and Kevin House (1-3 with one double and four runs batted in) were other key contributors for the Athletics. The Titans offense was led by Jacob Bailey who went 2-4 with one run scored. Jarrett Dilley went 1-3 with one RBI and three runs scored. Nic Swanson and AJ Archambo both reached base three times via walks.

BBA Titans Cavalli defeated Columbia Angels, 4-3, in Game 5 from DBU. Titans’ Nic Swanson was dominant on the mound going all seven innings and striking out four hitters. The Angels started with seventh inning with back-to-back hits, however Swanson got the next three hitters to pop out to end the game. He picked up the win en route to pitcher of the game. Titans’ Tanner Griffin unloaded a massive two-run home run in the first inning which you can watch below. Griffin picked up hitter of the game. Jarrett Dilley also had an RBI single for the Titans. Angels’ Ryan Kaufman pitched five innings and struck out as many hitters (5). Angels’ Dominic Cox went 1-2 with one double and one run. Reed Hamilton and Cameron Gibbons each had RBI singles for the Angels as well.

Mountain View

Action Baseball White defeated Oklahoma Fuel in Game 1 at Mountain View, 7-0. Shea Gutierrez went 1-2 with an inside the park grand slam. Koby Kelton went 2-3 with two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game. Joe Deitz threw five innings striking out seven. He allowed just two hits on his way to pitcher of the game.

Action Baseball White defeated Fort Worth Cats, 5-0, in Game 2 at Mountain View. Aidan Shepardson went 2-3 with one triple, one double and one RBI. Shepardson was named player of the game. Check him out with his teammate below.

In Game 3 at Mountain View, Arsenal Stars defeated Texas Lions, 8-3. Clark Shoonover went 1-3 with one double and two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. Jesee Peoples went 1-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Peoples was named player of the game for his performance.

NTX Banditos defeated Mizuno Baseball, 9-3, in Game 4 at Mountain View. Banditos' Alex Garcia went 1-4 with three runs batted in and reached base all four times. Matthew Stary went 3-4 with one RBI and was named player of the game.

Tarleton State

Thrive Baseball defeated ABA 2018, 4-2, in Game 1 at Tarleton State. Thrive's Chandler Arnold threw five innings striking out four and giving up three hits on his way to pitcher of the game. Grant Roberts went 2-3 with one RBI. ABA's Tristin Lively went 1-2 with one triple, one RBI and one walk. Roberts and Lively were named hitters of the game.

Texas Stix 2018 defeated Thrive Baseball, 8-3, in Game 2 at Tarleton State. Stix's Jacob Speaker threw six innings striking out three and giving up two runs on his way to the pitcher of the game. His teammate Jack McBride went 2-4 with one RBI and was named hitter of the game.

In Game 3 at Tarleton State, Action Baseball Green defeated Lightning Baseball, 9-2. For Lightning, LHP Zach Sundine threw four innings striking out five on his way to pitcher of the game. Action's Omar Alzer went 3-3 with one RBI and was named hitter of the game.

Amarillo Titans 2017 defeated Lightning Baseball, 10-5, in Game 4 at Tarleton State. Titan's Nick Valenzuela threw 2.2 innings striking out three on his way to pitcher of the game. On offense, Gunnar Blevins went 1-3 with one double and three runs batted in. Kolton Hernandez went 2-3 with two runs batted in. Check out one of his hits in the video below. Hernandez was named hitter of the game.

TCU

DBAT Schkade held off Dallas Tigers Watten, 6-4, in Game 1 at TCU. On the mound for DBAT was Riggs Threadgill who threw five innings striking out eight. He gave up three hits on his way to the victory and pitcher of the game. Diego Muniz came in to get the save. He threw one inning striking out one. On offense, Rhett Parker went 2-2 with one triple, three runs batted in and two runs scored on his way to hitter of the game. Tigers' Pierce McFarlane was 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in. He also had a nice outfield assist which you can watch in the video embedded below.

EC Sox defeated Mac N Seitz, 5-3, in Game 2 at TCU. Mac N Seitz's Tre Morris went 1-3 with one RBI with his teammate Connor Hughes doing the same. EC Sox's Amani Larry went 2-2 with three stolen bases and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. Andy Heckmon threw three innings striking out four and picked up the win. Heckmon was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 at TCU, ABA 2018 defeated Twelve Silver 16U, 3-1. On the mound for ABA was Mitchell Parker, a 2018 LHP, who ranged from 86-89 MPH and hit 92 on the radar gun. Parker threw five innings striking out six with one earned run on his way to the win. Joseph Menefee threw four innings striking out four without allowing an earned run. Both Parker and Menefee were named pitchers of the game.

Texas Stix 2018 defeated Dallas Mustangs Randle, 10-1, in Game 4 from TCU. For the Mustangs, Brendan Bratton went 2-2 with one RBI. For the Stix, David Vanvooren went 3-4 with one double, one RBI and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. On the mound, Noah Brown threw all seven innings striking out three. He allowed one earned run and was named pitcher of the game.

Dallas Tigers Woods defeated the South Texas Sliders, 5-1, in Game 5 at TCU. Parker Bateman threw all seven innings and struck out four on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Jaxx Groshans went 2-4 with one triple, one RBI and one run scored. Mark Ready went 2-4 with two runs batted in, one stolen base and one run scored. Both Groshans and Ready were named hitters of the game.

UTA

Arsenal Stars brought their bats to UTA for their Game 1 victory over Amarillo Titans 2018, 11-1. Pryce Anderson threw six innings striking out three and giving up two hits on his way to pitcher of the game. Cooper Elliot went 4-4 with one double and four runs batted in. He also scored twice. Noah Leff went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored. Casey Mayes went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI and two runs scored. All three were named hitters of the game.

LBA Hays defeated Mizuo USA Baseball, 10-4, in Game 2 at UTA. On the mound, Joaquin Munoz threw 4.1 innings striking out five on his way to pitcher of the game. Aaron Bly went 3-4 with one triple, one double, three runs batted in and one run scored. Alexander Wierzba went 3-4 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored. Both Bly and Wierzba were named hitters of the game. Also to note, Mizuno's Hayden Kerns went 3-4 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored.

It was a batlle of the lefties in Game 3 at UTA with LBA Hays coming up victorious, 5-1, over Oklahoma Fuel. LBA's Connor Carlton threw all seven innings striking out just as many (7) and giving up three hits. He allowed just one walk and one earned run on his way to the win. Fuel's TJ Mullins threw five innings striking out seven and allowing no walks. Both Carlton and Mullins were named pitchers of the game.

In Game 4 at UTA, Mac N Seitz defeated Dallas Dodgers 16 Black, 9-4. Kaden Helsel threw two no-hit innings striking out two without walking any batters. Helsel was named pitcher of the game. On offense, Daniel Hammond shined the brightest as he went 2-4 with one triple, one double and one run scored. Hammond was named hitter of the game.

Twelve Silver 16U defeated DBAT Schake, 4-1, in Game 5 at UTA. Twelve's Carson Rollins went 3-3 while Hayden Ebrecht went 2-4 with one double and two runs scored. Joseph Menefee went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. On the mound, Colson Geisler threw four innings and struck out eight batters. He gave up just one hit and was named pitcher of the game.

Weatherford

EM Majors defeated Texas Stix 2019, 9-3, in Game 1 at Weatherford. Kam'ron Hunter stood out at the plate and on the mound. The 2018 from Bentonville High School went 2-5 at the plate with one triple. On the mound, he threw one inning striking out three and hitting 91 on the radar. Check him out below. Hunter was named player of the game.

Dallas Mustangs Sharp 2019 held on for the victory over DBAT Gowins, 4-3, in Game 2 at Weatherford. Sage Hampton went 2-3 with two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game for his performance. Bobby Witt Jr. went 3-3 with one double and one stolen base on his way to player of the game.

Dallas Patriots Sherard narrowly defeated Dallas Tigers Hernandez, 4-3, in Game 3 at Weatherford. Patriots' Cade Currington went 2-3 with two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. Tigers' Cameron Constantine also had a solid day at the plate going 2-3 with one RBI. Constantine swiped a bag as well.

In Game 4 at Weatherford, Texas Stix 2019 defeated Dallas Mustangs Sharp 2019, 9-4. On the mound, Aaron Plotkin threw 5.1 innings and struck out three. He was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Jacob Guerrero went 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in. Guerrero was named hitter of the game.

DBAT Gowins knocked off Dallas Patriots Sherard, 8-6, in Game 5 from Weatherford. Patriots' Braden Webb went 1-1 with two walks and two runs batted in. DBAT's Julian Colombo went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Hitter of the game was Izzy Lopez who went 3-3 with one triple and one RBI. Pitcher of the game was Logan Kohler who threw two scoreless innings and struck out four.
