Premier 3

In Game 1 from Premier 3, Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon defeated Prospects National Team 17U, 3-0. Dylan Bourgeois and Jason Michels combined for a three-hit shutout. Bourgeois threw four two-hit innings and struck out six. Michels threw three one-hit innings striking out four. Both were named pitchers of the game. At the plate, Connor Phillips went 2-3 with one double, one home run, two runs batted in and one run scored. Phillips was named player of the game.

Houston Athletics 17U Santiago shut out Hunter Pence Clark, 2-0, in Game 2 and Premier 3. For Hunter Pence, Mason Moskowicz threw five one-hit innings striking out three without allowing any runs. For the A's, Jacob Rothenberg went 2-4 with one RBI and three stolen bags. Rothenberg was named hitter of the game. On the mound, John Nork threw seven one-hit innings striking out seven. He walked one batter on his way to player of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 3, PrimeTime National defeated Performance Baseball 17U, 4-3. Zachary Vorst went 3-4 with two doubles, one triple, one RBI, and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. On the mound, Zach Visser threw seven innings striking out seven. He gave up eight hits, three earned runs, and walked two batters on his way to player of the game.

Houston Warriors 17U Silver beat Texas Colt 45's, 5-2, in Game 4 from Premier 3. Hitter of the game was Alex Smith who went 3-4 with one double, one RBI and two runs scored. Player of the game was Matthew Kissamis who threw three no-hit innings and struck out three. He also went 1-3 at the plate.

Premier 4

In Game 1 from Premier 4, PrimeTime 16U Black defeated Premier Baseball Futures 16U Auippa, 8-5. PrimeTime's Connor Fremin went 2-2 with one double, two runs batted in and one stolen base. Matt Flowers threw a complete game striking out five and allowing four runs with eight hits. Flowers picked up pitcher of the game after earning the W. Ryan Patterson went 3-3 with one double, one RBI and one stolen base. Patterson was named player of the game.

Performance Baseball 15U came away with a 2-1 victory over RTG Baseball - Fisher 16U in Game 2 from Premier 4. RTG's Trey Escobedo threw a complete game striking out two and giving up four hits with no earned runs allowed. At the plate, Escobedo went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. He was named player of the game. Also to note, Performance's Hunter Holland threw a complete game himself striking out five with five hits allowed.

Performance Baseball 15U beat PrimeTime 16U Black, 12-4, in Game 3 from Premier 4. Gage Goddard went 2-4 with two doubles and was named player of the game. Performance Baseball's Brady Odom went 1-2 with one triple, three runs batted in, and three runs scored. 

In Game 4 from Premier 4, Marucci Elite 16U - Mardirosian knocked off RTG Baseball - Fisher 16U, 8-3. Marucci's Landon Sopchak went 2-3 with one stolen base. Andrew Arriaga went 2-3 with two runs batted in and was named player of the game. On the mound, Bryce Shook threw four innings striking out five. He gave up two hits and was named pitcher of the game.

Premier 5

Marucci Elite Texas 16U - Thistlethwaite beat Clutch Athletics 16U, 6-2, in Game 1 from Premier 5. Jake Arthur did it all as he went 1-3 at the plate with one home run and two RBIs. On the mound, Arthur threw five innings striking out seven. He didn't allow a run and was named player of the game for his outstanding performance.

In Game 2 from Premier 5, Hunter Pence Danielson defeated Clutch Athletics 16U, 12-2. Hunter Pence's Jacob Delacerda threw two innings and struck out four without allowing a run. He was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Texas Tech commit Bo Willis went 3-4 with two doubles, three runs batted in and one run scored. Willis was named player of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 5, Houston Athletics 15U Gold beat DBAT McGhee, 12-7. Miguel Vega went 2-3 with one home run and three runs batted in on his way to player of the game. Other contributors in the contest were Michael Sterling (2-4 with one double, two runs batted in and one run scored), Kaden Morton (2-4 with one run scored), and Will Doland (1-2 with two runs batted in and two runs scored)

Performance Baseball 16U came out on top over Dallas Tigers Ahearne in Game 4 from Premier 5. On the mound, Seth Smith threw five one-hit innings striking out six. He gave up just one run and was named player of the game. At the plate, Performance's Kobe Kale went 2-3 with one RBI and was named hitter of the game.

Premier 6

In Game 1 at Premier 6, Hunter Pence Calhoun defeated Marucci Elite Texas 15U - Biggers, 12-6. Caden Laird went 2-3 wit one RBI and two runs scored. Conner Kestler shined going 3-3 with two doubles, two runs batted in and one run scored. Kestler was named player of the game.

Hunter Pence Calhoun defeated Banditos 16U Sanchez, 9-1, in Game 2 from Premier 6. Conner Kestler went 2-3 with two triples and three runs batted in. He was named to his second consecutive player of the game. On the mound, Rhett McCafrey threw six innings and struck out 9. He was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 6, Banditos 16U Sanchez defeated DBAT Tompkins, 3-0, behind the arm of Noe Guerrero III. The righty threw seven strong innings striking out just as many (7) while walking just one batter. He allowed five hits and sat 85-88 MPH (see below) on the radar gun. Guerrero was named player of the game. At the dish, his teammate Cole Outlaw helped him out by going 2-2 with one RBI and one run scored.

 

 

In Game 4 from Premier 6, Dynasty Baseball 16U Black came from behind to defeat Marucci Elite Texas - 15U Carroll, 11-10. Tommy Ivey went 2-3 with one triple and a three-run home run. He was named player of the game. To win the contest, Matthew Burke smacked a two-run double to walk it off. Watch his game-winning hit in the video embedded below.

Premier 7

In Game 1 from Premier 7, South Pioneers shut out Mizuno Baseball USA 16U, 3-0. For the Pioneers, Kyle Taylor threw five two-hit innings and struck out seven. He was named player of the game. For Mizuno, Adam Houghtaling threw five innings striking out just as many (5).

In Game 2 from Premier 7, DBAT Tompkins beat Marucci Elite Texas - 15U Biggers, 12-5. Pitcher of the game was DBAT's William Balthrope who threw three innings and struck out four. Player of the game was Hudson Owens who went 2-3 with one double and a home run. He also had four runs batted in. Also to note, DBAT's Luke Piper went 4-4, Ben Kesler went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored, and Carson Collins went 2-4 with one double and two runs scored. For Marucci, Austin Hinson went 2-3 with one triple and one RBI.

In Game 3 from Premier 7, Houston Athletics 16U Everett beat Dynasty Baseball 17U Black, 10-5. Player of the game was Braden Norris who went 3-3 with two runs scored and one RBI. Other contributors were Matthew Thompson (2-4 with one double, two runs batted in, and two runs scored) and Hayde Key (2-4 with with three runs batted in and one run scored)

Marucci Elite 2018 Lynch defeated Texas Twelve Black, 5-4, in Game 4 from Premier 7. Trey Medford went 1-3 with one double and one RBI. He was named player of the game.

Premier 8

Hunter Pence Allen defeated Premier Baseabll Futures 17U Evans, 4-2, in Game 1 from Premier 8. Arian Tababian was a two-way dude as he threw four innings and struck out three. At the plate, Tababian went 2-4 with one double and two runs batted in. He was named player of the game.

In Game 2 from Premier 8, Xavier Lovett stole the show as. Marucci Elite Texas - 16U Thistlethwaite beat DBAT McGhee, 10-8. Lovett went 3-3 with a two run home run. He had three runs batted in on his way to player of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 8, Dallas Tigers Ahearne shut out Dynasty Baseball 16U Black, 8-0. Jayton Oldacre went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI and one run scored on his way to player of the game. Pitcher of the game was Bryan Terry who threw five scorless innings. He struck out two while giving up five hits on his way to pitcher of the game.

Hunter Pence Clark beat PrimeTime National, 6-5, in Game 4 from Premier 8. Anthony Almazan went 3-4 with four runs batted in and two stolen bases on his way to player of the game. Pitcher of the game was Josh Middleton who threw 5.2 innings and struck out five. He didn't give up any earned runs.
