Midland College

ABA 2017s defeated Cooperstown Cobras, 7-4, in Game 1 at Midland College. ABA's Matt Moreles was the winning pitcher. Mitchell Buffet pitched two scoreless innings in relief and was named pitcher of the game. ABA's Sid Payan had one double and two runs batted in. Cobras' Colby Seltzer had two hits, one RBI, and threw out a runner stealing from behind the plate. Payan and Seltzer were named hitters of the game. Also to note, Drew Marrufo had two runs batted in for ABA.

Midland College defeated ABA 2017s in Game 2 at Midland College. ABA's Richard Ware had two hits including one double and was named hitter of the game.

Cooperstown Cobras defeated C3 Futures Worley 17U, 13-1, in Game 3 at Midland College. Bryson Hill was named player of the game. Hill went 4-4 with three triples, one double, and three runs batted in.

Midland College defeated SA Angels Angels Blue 17U, 8-5, in Game 4 at Midland College. Nico Odonnell was sharp on the mound throwing four scoreless innings and was the pitcher of the game. Jack Wisniewski had two hits and scored a run and was named hitter of the game. Garrett Wilkerson (one double, one RBI, one run scored) and Nick Hamel (two runs batted in) were other key contributors.

Texas Stix 2017 rallied in the last inning to defeat ABA 2017, 9-8, in Game 5 at Midland College. Jarod Riggio hit a walk-off two RBI single and was named player of the game. JJ Kruzel was effective on the mound allowing just one run in four innings while striking out three. Kruzel was named pitcher of the game. Jacob Arizpe hit two doubles and had two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game.

Odessa College

San Antonio Kings 2017 defeated Stix South, 13-8, in Game 1 at Odessa College. Garrett Egli struck out ten hitters in 5.1 innings and was named pitcher of the game. Ethan Rivera was a force at the plate going 3-4 with one triple, one double, three runs batted in, and two runs scored. Rivera was named hitter of the game.

Jaydan Martinez had 12 strikeouts in a no-hitter and San Antonio Kings 2017 defeated LBA 2017, 10-0, in Game 2 at Odessa College. Martinez was in control all game and  was named player of the game. CJ Horn was 3-4 with one double, three runs batted in, and two runs scored and was named hitter of the game.

Odessa College defeated NTX Dirtbags, 2-1, in Game 3 at Odessa College. Cade Winquest pitched 1.2 scoreless innings allowing no runs and just two hits while striking out one. Winquest was named pitcher of the game.

Odessa College defeated Arlington Heat in Game 4 at Odessa College. Travis Walters was the player of the game. Walters pitches two innings allowing one earned run and had two strikeouts. Walter also went 2-4 at the plate.

UTPB

C3 Futures Worley 2018 defeated NTXBC Dirtbags, 3-2, in Game 1 at UTPB. C3's Bryson Bell was extremely effective throwing five innings allowing zero earned runs, three hits, and struck out four hitters. Bell was named pitcher of the game. Jordan Forister was 2-3 with two doubles and was named hitter of the game. Drew Sancillo also had a nice game reaching base three times and stealing a base.

Howard College defeated NTX Banditos, 6-5, in Game 2 at UTPB. Kyle Sweeney faced the minimum nine hitters over three innings and struck out three. Sweeney was named pitcher of the game. Jarficur Parker was 2-4 with two stolen bases. Parker also showed a strong arm and great range in the field and was named hitter of the game.

Howard College defeated Stix South in Game 3 at UTPB. Mason Hickey was up to 87 MPH on the mound and went 2-3 with two runs batted in at the plate. Hickey was named player of the game.

Lobos Baseball defeated ABA 2018 Orange, 2-1, in Game 4 at UTPB. Ryan Jennings was dominant allowing just one run over five innings while striking out six. Jennings was the pitcher of the game. His teammate, Connor Dayton, was 3-3 with one double and one RBI and was the hitter of the game.

Odessa HS

San Antonio Kings 2018 defeated LBA 2018, 15-5, in Game 1 at Odessa HS. Dylan Bright shined on the mound in relief allowing just one run and striking out four in two innings pitched. Bright was named pitcher of the game. Kenny Lemmon and Jesse Benavidez were named co-hitters of the game. Lemmon was 1-3 with one double, three runs batted in, and two runs scored. Benavidez was 1-2 with one double and two runs batted in.

LBA 2018 defeated ABA 2018 Orange, 8-7, in Game 2 at Odessa HS. Nicholas Silcox allowed just one hit over three scoreless innings while striking out six. Silcox was named pitcher of the game. Hunter Robertson (1-2 with one double, three runs batted in, and one run scored) and Adam Becker (2-3 with one double, one RBI, and one run scored) were named co-hitters of the game.

LBA 2017 defeated ABA 18s Blue, 12-4, in Game 3 at Odessa HS. Shandon Herrera was a two-way threat for LBA and was named player of the game. On the mound Herrera pitched three scoreless innings allowing no hits and struck out four. At the plate Herrera went 2-3 with an inside-the-park home run and three runs batted in. Nixon Brannan was 2-3 with one double, three runs batted in and one run and was named hitter of the game

C3 Futures Worley 18U defeated SA Angels Red 17U, 10-2, in Game 4 at Odessa HS. Jacob Frisbie pitched four scoreless innings allowing just three hits and striking out one en route to pitcher of the game. Drew Sancillo (3-4 with one double, one RBI and two runs) and Bryson Bell (3-4 with one double and one RBI) were co-hitters of the game.

Odessa Permian HS

San Antonio Angels Red 17U defeated ABA 2018s Blue, 8-3, in Game 1 at Odessa Permian HS. Angels' Kevin Crusius was a two-way threat and was named player of the game. At the plate Crusius was 2-3 with one RBI, one run, and one stolen base. On the mound Crusius struck out four hitters in five innings pitched. Noah Anderson (2-2 with one RBI and one run) and Joe Jimenez (2-3 with one double and one RBI) were named co-hitters of the game.

Team Rawlings defeated NTXBC Dirtbags 2019, 9-3, in Game 2 at Odessa Permian HS. Jacob Castro pitched five innings allowing one run and struck out three en route to pitcher of the game. Cooper Jauz was 3-3 with one double and one run and was named hitter of the game.

Gabriel Vasquez's walk-off RBI single led Academy Select Sun Devils Hayes to a 6-5 win over Team Rawlings in Game 4 at Odessa Permian HS. Vasquez was 2-4 with two runs and the game winning RBI and was named player of the game.  Team Rawlings' Anderson Needham was effective on the mound striking out eight in five innings and was named pitcher of the game.
