Texas Tech

Performance Baseball defeated Action Baseball 2019, 5-4, in Game 1 at Texas Tech. Cole Ferguson was named player of the game. Ferguson had two base hits and drove in three runs at the plate, and struck out four hitters in 2.2 innings pitched on the mound. Also worth noting, Action's LHP Bryson Bales was up to 84 MPH.

Dallas Tigers defeated San Antonio Angels, 16-1, in Game 2 at Texas Tech. Tigers' Sam Hart was 4-5 with five runs batted in and was named hitter of the game. Tigers' Sean Bolin and Tommy D'Alise combined to allow just one run and four hits while striking out five. Bolin and D'Alise were named co-pitchers of the game. Other solid performers for the Tigers were Hudson Polk (two doubles), Chad Ricker and Reid Rice (both had two hits including one triple and three runs batted in). 

ABA 2020s defeated Texas Stix 2020s, 12-1, in Game 3 at Texas Tech. Hayden Walker, Blake Thies, and Mason Ashcraft combined to allow zero earned runs and just two hits over the game. All three were named co-pitchers of the game. At the plate, Matt Bruno was 3-3 with an inside-the-park grand slam and six runs batted in. Noah Brewer was 2-3 with one double and three runs scored. Bruno and Brewer were co-hitters of the game.

LCU

Antonio Gonzales hit a walk-off RBI single to lead ABA 19s Blue to victory over LBA Mayo, 6-5, in Game 1 at LCU. Gonzales went 1-3 with the clutch RBI single and was named player of the game. On the mound, ABA 19 Blue's Braden Gluth pitched three hitless innings striking out three hitters and was named pitcher of the game. LBA Mayo's Austin Phillips went 2-3 with one RBI and was named hitter of the game. Other notable performers for ABA 19 Blue were Rio Granger (1-2 with one double and one run) and Jared Kane (1-2 with one double).

ABA 19s Orange defeated LBA 2020, 12-1, in Game 2 at LCU. ABA's Tim Hibben went 4-4 with one double, one triple, and one run and was named hitter of the game. On the mound, ABA's Elijah Pearlman pitched three innings and allowed just one run while striking out four. Pearlman was named pitcher of the game.

Action Baseball 2020 defeated Amarillo Titans 20s, 4-1, in Game 3 at LCU. On the mound, Action's Dylan Pettit was named pitcher of the game. Pettit was effective throwing three innings allowing just one hit and striking out five. At the plate, Jacob Raudy went 2-3 with one run and was named hitter of the game

Prospects Baseball defeated Banditos Najera, 6-2, in Game 4 at LCU. Cooper Harris, Zach Escovedo, and Blaise Bentsen combined to throw six scoreless innings allowing just two hits en route to co-pitchers of the game. Dax Fulton was 1-3 with one triple and three runs batted in and Cade Hitt was 1-2 with one double and two runs batted in. Fulton and Hitt were named co-hitters of the game.

Stix Baseball 2019 defeated San Antonio Angels, 15-5, in Game 5 at LCU. Stix's Tony Garza was 2-3 with one run scored and was named hitter of the game. Robert Antonetti struck out three hitters in two innings pitched and was named pitcher of the game.

Cooper HS

Texas Stix 2020 defeated Action Baseball 2020, 6-0, in Game 1 at Cooper High School. Jeremiah Herrera pitched two perfect innings striking out five hitters and was named pitcher of the game. Noah Boughton went 2-4 with one double and one RBI and was hitter of the game

Alec Stanfield, Eston Storm, and Jaron Fischer combined to throw a no-hitter as ABA 2020 defeated Prospects Baseball, 7-1, in Game 2 at Cooper High School. Stanfield was named pitcher of the game throwing four hitless innings with five strikeouts. At the plate, ABA 2020 was led by Clayton Kempski (2-3 with one double, one RBI, and three runs) and Ethan Silcox  (2-4 with one triple and three runs batted in) who were named co-hitters of the game.

Stix Baseball 2019 and ABA 19s Blue tied, 11-11, in Game 3 at Cooper High School. Stix's Jacob Guerrero went 1-3 with one home run, three runs batted in, and two runs en route to hitter of the game.

ABA 19s Orange defeated Lobos Baseball 2019, 10-7, in Game 4 at Cooper High SchoolCochise Sorrelhorse threw four innings allowing four hits and striking out three and was named pitcher of the game. Nolan Kuhn 

Lobos Baseball 2019 defeated Amarillo Titans 2020, 11-2, in Game 5 at Cooper High School. Lobos' Micheal Gresham was a force on the mound and at the plate. On the mound he pitched two perfect innings and struck out five hitters. At the plate he went 2-2 with one RBI and one run. Gresham was named player of the game.

Lubbock Christian HS

Academy Select Sun Devils Redding defeated Amarillo 19s, 5-1, in Game 1 at Lubbock Christian High School. Redding's David Gonzalez threw three hitless innings and struck out four hitters and went 1-2 with one RBI en route to player of the game. Jack Hattrup went 1-3 with one triple and two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game.

Academy Select Sun Devils Redding defeated LBA Mayo, 4-2, in Game 2 at Lubbock Christian High School. Redding's Jack Hattrup threw four scoreless innings allowing just one hit and recorded four strikeouts. LBA Mayo's Bobby Roberts was also very effective over three scoreless innings. Roberts allowed just one hit and struck out one. Hattrup and Roberts were named co-pitchers of the game.

Academy Select Sun Devils Hayes defeated Amarillo 19s, 13-1 , in Game 3 at Lubbock Christian High School. Hayes' Anderson Acinger went 2-3 with one home run and two runs batted in. Hayes' Tim Wynia filled out the boxscore going 3-4 with one triple, one double, three runs batted in, and one stolen base. Acinger and Wynia were named co-hitters of the game. On the mound, Hayes' 2019 RHP, Riley Edwards, pitched two scoreless innings allowing just one hit and struck out three. Edwards was up to 85 MPH and was named pitcher of the game.

Academy Select Sun Devils Hayes defeated Action Baseball 2019, 8-1, in Game 4 at Lubbock Christian High School. Hayes' Anderson Acinger went 4-4 with one home run, one double, three runs batted in, and two runs scored and was named hitter of the game. On the mound, Hayes' Ryan Bogusz was dominant. Bogusz allowed just three hits and one run over six innings while striking out twelve en route to pitcher of the game.

Texas Cavemen defeated LBA 2020, 3-2, in Game 5 at Lubbock Christian High School. Nolan Cox was named pitcher of the game. In four innings Cox allowed zero runs and just three hits while striking out eight. At the plate, Christian Huey and Gabriel Vazquez both went 2-2 and were named co-hitters of the game.
