Tarleton State

Dallas Tigers Hernandez defeated Dallas Mustangs Sharp 2019, 7-1, in Game 1 at Tarleton State. Chase Lummus threw five innings striking out three and allowing one run. Lummus was named pitcher of the game. Will Greenwood went 2-2 with one double and one walk. Greenwood was named hitter of the game.

DBAT Gowins defeated Texas Stix 2019, 8-7, in Game 2 at Tarleton State. Hayden Clearman threw four innings striking out three on his way to pitcher of the game. Izzy Lopez went 2-3 with one triple and two runs batted in. Lopez was named hitter of the game.

TCU

It was all San Antonio Angels as they defeated Columbia Angels, 8-0, in Game 1 at TCU. On the mound, Nick Hamel threw a complete game shutout striking out eight and allowing just three hits. Hamel was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Garrett Wilkinson went 2-4 with one home run, one double and three runs batted in. Luis Hernandez went 4-4 with two runs scored and two stolen bases. And Chandler Eaton went 2-3 with one home run and four runs batted in. All three were named hitters of the game.

EM Majors took care of business in Game 2 at TCU with a 6-0 victory over Dallas Patriots Sherard. On the mound, 2018 LHP Kaleb Hill threw four innings striking out two and giving up two hits. Hill hit 87 MPH on the radar gun and was named pitcher of the game. On offense for the Sox, TJ Bale went 1-2 with one RBI double (see below) and was named hitter of the game. Cason Tollett went 1-3 as well. Tollett was solid behind the plate throwing out three base runners on his way to player of the game.

Texas Stix 2017 held off BBA Titans Cavalli, 6-4, in Game 3 at TCU. London Green was stellar at the plate going 2-3 with two triples and three runs batted in. Check out one of his triples in the video below. Green was named hitter of the game. Payton Strambler went 1-2 with one triple and two runs batted in. On the mound, Brayden Dragoo threw two no-hit innings with one strikeout. Titans' Brody Gibson threw three innings striking out four without allowing a run. Both Gibson and Dragoo were named pitchers of the game.

In Game 4 at TCU, EM Majors defeated Dallas Mustangs Sharp 2019, 8-3. Blake Adams threw four innings surrending two hits and one run. He hit 88 MPH on the radar gun in the first inning. Adams picked up the win on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Cason Tollett went 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in. He also scored one run. Devon Koonce went 2-2 with one RBI. Both Tollett and Koonce were named hitters of the game. For the Mustangs, Ethan Carroll went 2-2 with one walk.

DBAT Gowins defeated Dallas Tigers Hernandez, 3-1, in Game 5 at TCU. Colton Bowman started the game going four innings and striking out two. He allowed three hits and one earned run. Bobby Witt Jr. came in and pitched three one-hit inning giving up no runs. He was named pitcher of the game for his performance. At the plate, Nicolas Balsano went 2-2 with one RBI and one run scored. Cade Cowen went 2-3 with one run scored. Both were named hitters of the game. UTA

Jeremiah McCollum was solid for South Texas Sliders in their 8-2 victory over BBA Titans Cavalli. The right-handed starting pitcher threw all seven innings striking out nine and giving up one earned run on his way to the W. McCollum was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Titans' Jacob Bailey went 2-3 with one triple. Sliders' Jake Zatopek went 3-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Zatopek was named hitter of the game for his morning performance.

Academy Select Sun Devils defeated South Texas Sliders, 11-2, in Game 2 at UTA. Sliders' Blake Thistlethwaite went 2-3 with one run scored. Bo Gonzales went 2-3 with two doubles and one RBI on his way to co-hitter of the game. Sun Devils' Lance Russell went 2-4 with one double. Brett Cain went 3-4 with one RBI and one run scored on his way to the other co-hitter of the game. On the mound, Marcos Reyes threw five innings striking out three. He allowed three hits and was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 at UTA, Columbia Angels defeated Dallas Tigers Woods, 8-0. Jacob Grzebinski threw five scoreless innings striking out three. He was named pitcher of the game. Ty Abraham went 2-3 with two runs batted in. Michael Cooper went 2-2 with one RBI. Both were named hitters of the game. Angels' Parker Osburn went 2-4 with one RBI and two runs scored. Dominic Cox went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. And Tigers' Spencer Hynes went 2-3 with one double.

Pro Source Athletics Abbott defeated San Antonio Angels, 7-0, in Game 4 at UTA. Wyatt Hasson threw all seven innings giving up just three hits. He struck out one on his way to pitcher of the game. Jacob Nesbit went 2-2 with one double and three runs batted in. He scored once and was named hitter of the game. In the field, Jalen Hurt made six outs and had a great catch in centerfield.

In Game 5 at UTA, Dallas Patriots Sherard defeated Texas Stix 2019, 4-2. Braden Webb threw 6.1 innings striking out two. He gave up one earned run and didn't walk any batters on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Cade Currington went 2-3 with two doubles and three runs batted in. Check out his two-run double below. Currington was named hitter of the game.

Weatherford

Mac N Seitz defeated Twelve Silver 16U, 4-1, in Game 1 at Weatherford. Connor Hughes threw six innings striking out four and allowing just three hits on his way to player of the game. For Twelve, Chris Parsons came in during a bases loaded jam to record the inning-ending strike out. He then threw 2.1 more no-hit innings striking out a total of three. Parsons was named pitcher of the game.

EC Sox defeated ABA 2018, 7-2, in Game 2 at Weatherford. Sox's Amani Larry went 2-3 with one double. Josh Hill went 1-2 with two runs batted in. And Eric Newsom went 1-3 with an RBI. CJ Willis was all over the place as he went 2-2 with one triple, two walks, two stolen bases and two runs scored. Willis was named player of the game. And on the mound, Cade Hodges threw 3.1 no-hit innings on his way to co-pitcher of the game. ABA's Stephen Barboa went five innings striking out just as many (5) on his way to the other co-pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 at Weatherford, Dallas Tigers Watten defeated Texas Stix 2018, 2-0. Riley Edwards threw six shutout innings striking out three giving up four hits on his way to pitcher of the game. Justin Smith went 2-2 with one triple, one RBI and one stolen base. Smith was named hitter of the game.

In Game 4 at WeatherfordTexas Stix 2018 defeated DBAT Schkade, 3-2. Kayden Krowka threw three no-hit innings striking out two on his way to pitcher of the game. Timothy Richmond went 2-3 at the plate and swiped one bag on the diamond. Richmond was named hitter of the game.

Academy Select Sun Devils defeated Dallas Tigers Woods, 9-1, in Game 5 at Weatherford. Daniel Cole threw five innings striking out five and giving up one run. At the plate, Cole went 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in as well. Cole was named player of the game.
