Premier 3

In Game 1 from Premier 3, Houston Athletics 17U Santiago fell to Performance Baseball 17U, 6-5. On the mound for Performance, Alex Bruce threw four no-hit innings striking out three batters on his way to pitcher of the game. On offense, Jose Rodriguez went 2-3 with a home run, one RBI and one run scored. He was named player of the game. Also to note, for the A's, Johnathan Thomas went 2-3 with a double and one RBI. And, Dylan Whitehurst went 2-4 with two doubles and one RBI.

 

 

DBAT Tompkins defeated Dynasty Baseball 16U Blue in Game 2 from Premier 3, 8-0. Hudson Owens threw 5.1 innings of one-hit baseball on his way to player of the game. He issued just one walk in the contest as well. At the plate for DBAT, Carson Collins went 1-2 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored. Collins was named hitter of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 3, DBAT Tompkins beat Hunter Pence Calhoun, 10-1. For Hunter Pence, Ethan Campos went 2-2 with one double and one run scored. For DBAT, Noah Kirkpatrick went 2-4 with one double and two runs batted in. Johny Follett went 2-3 with two runs batted in. Hudson Owens went 3-4 with one RBI and one run scored. And, Luke Piper went 3-4 with two doubles, one RBI and two runs scored. Piper was named player of the game. And on the mound, Cam Brown threw six innings. He gave up four hits and struck out seven on his way to pitcher of the game.

Marucci Elite Texas 16U Mardirosian defeated Premier Baseball Futures 16U Auippa, 9-1, in Game 4 from Premier 3. Player of the game was Brandon Kostelnik who went 2-3 with two doubles and one run scored. Pitcher of the game was Jared Silva who threw five one-hit innings and struck out three.

Texas Colt 45's defeated Premier Baseball Futures 17U Mitchell, 6-2, in Game 5 from Premier 3. Ryan Chamberlain went all seven innings allowing just one run and four hits. Chamberlain was extremely efficient and finished the game on just 68 pitches en route to being named pitcher of the game. Hitter of the game was Drew Baggerley went 2-3 with two runs batted in and two runs scored.

Premier 4

Houston Warriors 17U Silver took care of business in Game 1 from Premier 4 by beating Texas Twelve Black, 11-3. On the mound for the Warriors was Alejandro Garcia who threw six innings and struck out four. He allowed four hits and one earned run on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Garcia went 2-2 with two doubles and three runs batted in. Andre Arnold went 2-2 with one double and four runs batted in. He was named player of the game. Matthew Kissamis and Gavin Rhoads each had a double in the contest.

In Game 2 from Premier 4, Dallas Tigers Ahearne defeated Houston Athletics 15U Black, 6-3. Dakotah Mote went 2-2 with two doubles and three runs batted in on his way to player of the game. Canton Long threw 5.1 innings striking out six on his way to the victory and pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 4, Dallas Tigers Ahearne defeated Marucci Elite Texas 15U Carroll, 11-4. Jayton Oldacre went 2-2 with one double and two runs batted in. He scored twice and was named player of the game. Dakotah Mote went 1-2 with one double as well.

Dynasty Baseball 17U Black narrowly beat RTG Baseball Fisher 17U, 8-7, in Game 4 from Premier 4. For RTG, Alex Amador and Joseph Garza each had a double. For Dynasty, Grant O'Neal went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in. He was named player of the game for his performance.

Tripp Sealy spun a six inning no-hitter as Hunter Pence Allen defeated Dynasty Baseball 17U Back, 10-0, in Game 5 from Premier 4. Sealy walked just two hitters in the no-hit effort and was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Julian Rojas went 2-4 with one home run, one double, two runs batted in, and two runs scored and was named hitter of the game.

Premier 5

In Game 1 from Premier 5, Marucci Elite Texas 15 Carroll defeated Performance Basebal 16U, 8-2. Layne Roblyer went 2-4 with two doubles and four runs batted in on his way to player of the game. Jack Lovelace threw seven strong innings striking out two and giving up just one earned run. Lovelace was named pitcher of the game. Also to note, Keshon Williams went 3-3 with a double and one RBI for Performance.

Hunter Pence Danielson beat DBAT McGhee, 4-1, in Game 2 from Premier 5. On the mound, Hunter Pence's Jake Zettel threw fve innings striking out two. He gave up four hits and one earned run on his way to the W. Coming in for the save was Armani Sanchez who threw two one-hit innings striking out two. Both Zettel and Sanchez were named pitchers of the game. At the plate, John Mounce went 1-3 with one triple, one RBI and one run scored. Logan Leax went 2-3 with one RBI and one run scored. Leax was named player of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 5, DBAT McGhee defeated Clutch Athletics 16U, 9-0. Ryan Depperschmidt and Donnovan Corley both went 1-2 with one home run and two runs batted in. They were named hitters of the game. Also to note on offense, Miguel Vega went 2-2 with two doubles and one run scored. On the mound, Kadon Morton threw six innings and struck out three. Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon defeated South Pioneers, 18-1, in Game 4 from Premier 5. Spencer McFarland was hitter of the game after going 2-2 with one double, two runs batted in and two stolen bases. Justin Wishkoski went 2-3 with an RBI and two runs scored. Jake Henley went 1-3 with a triple, three runs batted in and two runs scored. And on the mound, Ryan Segner threw five one-hit innings striking out 10. He was named player of the game.

Premier 6

In Game 1 from Premier 6, Mizuno Baeball 17U beat Hunter Pence Cunningam, 5-2. Jack Granack did damage at the plate and on the mound. He threw three innings and struck out three with one earned run. On offense, Granack went 2-2 with one double, one RBI and one run scored. He was named player of the game. Also to note, Hunter Pence's Kyle Bearden went 2-3 with one run scored.

Game 2 at Premier 6 ended in a 9-9 tie between Houston Athletics 15U Gold and Clutch Athletics 16U. For Clutch Athletics, Ryan Davenport went 2-3 with one triple and three runs scored. John Nelson went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored. Parker Alford went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored. And, Nicolas Ramirez went 3-4 with one double and two runs batted in on his way to player of the game. For the A's, Salvatore Martinez went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. And on the mound, Cole Smajstrla came in for relief to throw four innings. He struck out four and gave up one earned run on his way to pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 6, Performance Baseball 16U held off Houston Athletics 15U Black, 14-7. Seth Smith went 2-2 with two doubles and five runs batted in for Performance. He also scored once. William Burford went 4-4 with three doubles and three runs batted in for the A's. He also scored twice. Both were named players of the game.

Premier Baseball Futures 17U Evans defeated Houston Athletics 16U Everett, 7-2, in Game 4 from Premier 6. For Premier, Adam Kloffenstein went 1-2 with one double and one run scored. Christian Sanders went 2-2 with one RBI. And Reece Choate went 1-3 with a home run. Sanders was named player of the game.

Premier 7

In Game 1 from Premier 7, Marucci Elite Texas 17U defeated Premier Baseball Futures 17U Mitchell, 7-1. Isaac Rivera went 2-3 with one ome run, two runs batted in and two runs scored. On the mound, he threw three innings striking out six without allowing any earned runs. Rivera was named player of the game. Also to note, Trey Medford went 2-3 with a double and one RBI.

Hunter Pence Clark shut out Texas Slam, 4-0, in Game 2 from Premier 7. Louis Castillo went 2-3 with one double and one run scored. He picked up hitter of the game honors. Gavin Pettelier went 1-3 with two runs scored. And on the mound, Justin Smith threw seven innings and struck out three. He gave up just three hits on his way to player of the game.

Game 3 (scratched): Dynasty Baseball 16U Blue vs. Banditos 16U Sanchez

In Game 4 from Premier 7, Hunter Pence Cuningham beat Prospects National Team 17U, 11-4. On the mound, Justin Barnes threw three one-hit innings and struck out six. At the plate, Jared Barta stood out going 1-3 with one double and three runs batted in. Barnes was the pitcher of the game while Barta was the player of the game.

Premier 8

Houston Athletics 16U Everett defeated RTG Baseball Fisher 17U, 8-3, in Game 1 from Premier 8. On the mound, Jason Brown threw 3.1 innings and struck out five on his way to picking up the victory. He also just gave up two hits. And at the plate, he got two hits going 2-3 with one double, three runs batted in and one run scored. Brown was named player of the game. Braden Norris, his teammate, went 2-3 with one RBI, two runs scored and one stolen base. Norris was named hitter of the game.

Premier Baseball Futures 17U Auippa defeated Performance Baseball 16U, 8-5, in Game 2 from Premier 8. For PBF, Caden Nevot went 1-3 with one triple and two runs batted in. Timonthy Williamson went 2-3 with one double and one walk. Williamson also came in for the .1IP close to pick up the save. Williamson was named player of the game.

Game 3 (Scratched): Performance Baseball 17U vs. Texas Slam

Houston Warriors 17U Silver defeated Premier Baseball Futures 17U Mitchell, 6-1, in Game 4 from Premier 8. Andre Arnold went 2-4 with two runs batted in and two runs scored. He also made a great diving catch to end the game. Pitcher of the game was Alex Smith who threw four two-hit innings and struck out one.
